Character reflects the integrity, behaviour and professionalism Faisalabad ( ) In compliance of directions of RPO Faisalabad Dr Muhammad Abid Khan, awareness seminar was conducted to cultivate good and positive habits among Police officers of all ranks. Professor Saeed Ashraf Cheama was the resource person who inculcated the spirit of integrity and righteousness among participants. The speaker elaborated that character building comprises three elements such as moral loftiness, reasoning, moral values and moral courage. These attributes help in building the confidence and compassion in Police officers. SP Saddar Shamas ul Haq Durrani said that citizens come in Police stations to redress their grievances and police officer should do their best to deliver justice through impeccable integrity and unwavering professionalism. Further, he said that the purpose of seminar is to cultivate positive and professional attributes among police officers. Professional integrity means expertise in operational and investigative affairs and empathy for general public. The dispensation of justice and fairness in investigation should be top priority of Police officers. Moreover, seminars on different topics will be held to buttress the capacity building of Police personnel.
